If you grow fruit in Kentucky, we would like to know if you have been impacted by the spotted wing drosophila (SWD). We would also like to know if you used the Facebook page SWDinKY or if you used traps to monitor for SWD. To collect this information we have created a short survey. It is only 8 questions and should take 5 minutes or less to complete. Your responses are anonymous. No information about you or information from your computer will be collected. If you grow fruit in Kentucky, please take the survey now.
