Backyard Fruit Disease & Pest Management Fact Sheets

Backyard small fruit and tree fruit production requires a proactive approach to disease and pest management.  Preventative practices are recommended to minimize pesticide sprays in home orchard settings.

Last fall, several fact sheets were designed to assist backyard fruit growers with managing diseases using cultural practices and low spray, no spray, and organic fungicide options.  These factsheets have now been expanded to provide similar information for insects, weeds, and abiotic disorders, as well as diseases.
